Lease Information
We offer both 6 month and 12 month leases at no extra charge. After your first initial
lease term has been fullfilled you then have the option of going on a month to month lease. There is an additional charge
for this option.
Utilities
The Heat is included with your rent, along with trash pickup, recycling,
and the water and sewer. You would be responsible for telephone , electric, and cable.
